- TCP Port: 1030
Remedy Login Info for Web Users
- Your username and password has not changed
- You should see the same home page as before
- Do not put anything into the Authentication field
- Windows XP users should use the web client
- Internet Explorer versions 10 and 11 should run be placed in compatability mode.
